1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Mentorify marketing website and the Mentorify mobile application (together, the “Platform”), operated by Mentorify (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
3. About Mentorify
Mentorify pairs learners with AI-matched mentors, runs scheduled sessions and shared goals inside the app, and connects job-ready learners to a built-in job board. Mentorify serves government & skilling missions, enterprises, educational institutions and non-profit & community programs.
4. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for learners enrolled through a partner program, mentors who register to offer mentorship, and program administrators from partner organisations.
4.1 Minor users
Some skilling and education programs that use Mentorify include participants who are minors. Where this applies, eligibility and consent arrangements are agreed with the relevant program partner, consistent with applicable law. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising a minor's use of the Platform where required by law.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when using the Platform
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- Complying with these Terms and applicable law
- Any activity that occurs through your account
6. Outcomes disclaimer
Important disclaimer
Mentorify provides mentor matching, scheduled sessions, goal tracking and access to a job board. Mentorify does not guarantee:
- Employment or job placement
- Completion of any course or program
- A particular salary or outcome
- Success in interviews or applications
Outcomes depend on many factors beyond the Platform's control, including the learner's own effort, the mentor relationship, and the job market. Mentorify is a tool that supports the path to a placement — not a guarantee of one.
7. Mentorship
7.1 Role of mentors
Mentors are individuals who provide guidance based on their own professional experience. Mentor sessions are a structured, human layer alongside the app's goals and job board — they do not replace them.
7.2 Mentor limitations
Mentor guidance reflects personal experience and is not professional career counselling, legal, or financial advice. Mentorify does not warrant the accuracy or suitability of any mentor's guidance, and you should use your own judgement in acting on it.
8. Program & partner use
Skilling missions, employers, institutions and non-profits that share learner data with Mentorify do so under a separate data-sharing and program agreement. Use of the Platform by learners onboarded through a partner program is also subject to these Terms. Mentorify is not a job-placement agency or a guarantee of program outcomes; it is the mentorship and matching layer that supports a program's own placement goals.
9. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law while using the Platform
- Harass, abuse or harm another user, mentor, or Mentorify staff member
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account
- Use automated tools or scraping without our prior written consent
10. Intellectual property
The Mentorify name, logo, mentor-matching algorithms, interface design and written content are owned by or licensed to Mentorify. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent. Content you create inside the app (such as goals or session notes) remains yours; by submitting it, you grant Mentorify a limited licence to use it to provide the Platform's services.
11. Third-party resources
Mentorify may link to third-party resources, including job listings and app stores. Such links are illustrative and not endorsements. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party resources.
12. Platform availability
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or other reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentorify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are breached, or for other reasonable grounds. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
16. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
